thoughts on a snowy morning
i suppose waking up jittery is better than waking up stuffy. to be honest, though, they both kind of suck in different ways. i shake my fist at you, foul cold medicine, for without you i am miserable, and with you i twitch!
on my way home this morning (no, it's nothing like that exciting), i caught myself thinking "there's something about having to walk three blocks to take a shower that just isn't right." of course it wasn't much later that i thought, "wait a sec, that sort of implies that there's something about having to walk three blocks to take a shower that is right." which, particularly as it is snowing and windy, is patently not the case.
i made sure to take my hat with me, so i didn't have to walk home in the snow with a bare wet head.
