it's really past the point where i can put off doing the laundry for another day.  (have been putting it off for what feels like more than a week, now.)  but am a pint low (be nice to me - i gave blood today!), so think will just lie down for a bit before committing myself to a couple of hours of running up and down the steps.  oy.

also have all this work to do.  urrgghh ...
