okay, i've had it

a quick lie down and close my eyes because i'm tired should not turn into a three-hour nap in which i remain so still that my hands fall asleep, yo.  i am READY TO BE WELL AGAIN NOW, please.  this tired and still-vaguely-sick thing SUCKS.  i just want to cry.  (will that wake me up?)
