had an e-mail (rather than a phone call, which i suppose is good in a way of degrees) from my mother this evening, to say that my grandmother is in the hospital again having congestive heart failure issues.  she's been on antibiotics for what they thought was bronchitis, but has been getting weaker in the past few days and fallen three times (and i don't know how she's done that without breaking bones, but it might be that she's so tiny and frail that falling down doesn't have much impact?), so now with the hospital and the monitoring and the adjusting the meds and whatnot.

so, those of you who pray, think positive thoughts, etc., etc.:  you're up.
