The meetings weren't excruciating, but they were sure the hell long.  (I didn't just get out -- have been up here for about 40 minutes, I guess.)  Some followup to do based on them, plus the post about watching paint dry, plus finishing my syntax essay and doing something thesis-related so I can contact my supervisor, but first, I'm going to lie down for an hour, I think.  Two and a half productive hours of meetings takes a lot out of a person.
