I have some thoughts percolating on a subject which some of you know about, but in the meantime, it's been occurring to me frequently -- this being hay fever season -- that there are an alarming number of ways in which a sneeze is a lot like an orgasm.

Is that weird?

That is one of those things I would never have thought about, except that I heard it from a minister with whom I'd been in a G&S production, who was introduced to the concept by a priest friend of hers. "Sneezing is as close as we get," he said.

So, yes, it is a bit weird. ;)
