I thought the fight scenes were longer than they needed to be (to an even greater degree than in the first one) and there was too much effort made at the beginning to re-tread the jokes from the first film.  And the island-of-cannibals thing was unnecessary, as far as I could tell.

But otherwise, I dug it.  NORRINGTON YAY.

Oh!  And, I saw the "Transformers" trailer.  LOVE.
