I'm actually pleased about the merger between you guys and MBNA, because I can see my bank account information and my credit card statement at the same place, and it's all good.  But that was a cute trick, moving my payment due date back a week.  Were you going to, I don't know, tell me about that?  Lucky for me I noticed it online, so I could call in and get it put back where it was (after two billing cycles of a due date that sucks).  But, you know, today is the 29th, and I haven't yet received the statement that you're telling me is due on the 15th.  A little turnaround time, maybe?

My considered opinion of all commercial banks in the US is that they SUCK.

Have now banked in three countries, and the US is at the absolute bottom of the pile. It came to a point when I PREFERRED the ATM to human beings, because it was less liable to make mistakes.

Oh, I've always preferred the ATM to human beings; in the UK it bugged me that they're not yet at a point where you can make deposits at the ATM in the side of the building, but only at the one in the lobby and thus only during business hours. (This probably also has to do with my hatred of queuing.) And I've otherwise been very pleased with B of A, but sneakily changing my due date was not very nice.
