So, today's mail bag included the following from Smug Bastard:

You interested in chairing the Inaugural this year? We need somebody, and I think you'd be good. You've been around the block and have seen spiels from all angles. Ideally, we'd find a co-chair, so it's not like you'd be hung out to dry. What do you think?

I plan to be in Vancouver then, but I doubt you're going to a drag king event....other friends of mine will be at a wedding then, but I don't think you know Andie and Beth...:)

I would probably be willing to run the bar for you if you opt to chair the event.. also I co-chaired it last year and although I'm not interested in doing so again this year I could certainly help out if you run across any questions and SmugBastard isn't around to answer 'em at the time.

Also, your money is gone because it wasn't RS (or at least in my chain of emails on the topic of the Inaugural it wasn't - I wouldn't know if she suggested you via another chain o' commuications).
