AS WE SPEAK, my brother is taking the bar exam in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I don't really think there's any kind of chance he won't do well; but still, I'm crossing things and thinking thinky thoughts for him until I hear he's come out in one piece. Two days! Feh.

As long as he doesn't refuse to answer the gay marriage question out of misguided religious zeal (as a recent failure did), he should be ace. But good luck to him anyway!
