I don't have the faintest idea what the cab fare would be like. You could almost certainly call a cab company and ask them to estimate; I'd offer you a lift, but I'm coming from Chevy Chase that evening and I have to be up early the next morning.
BTW, we're going (all three of us) as is Debbie and her sister Kathleen. I'm also hoping to get a friend of mine to come too. We hope to be there by six. Should we save you a space (or vice versa)?
Nearest station ... may be Braddock Road. Don't know. But the website has the address, so it shouldn't be hard to work out. It looks like mrshamill et al. have already got their tickets, and I'm going to get one, so you should go ahead and get one if you're going to join us. :-)
