LET ME SHOW YOU THEM

So I have this spangly purple dress, right?  And I've been trying and trying to get fabulous boots to wear with it, and I narrowed it down to plain silver or glittery purple, and had the Boot Lady send me both.







I LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH and think I will keep both pairs.  The purple glitter looks a little bluer than I'd have initially chosen, but actually matches the fabric, non-shiny part of the dress quite well when I hold them up together, so I'm on the fence about whether or not to ask the Boot Lady to hit them again with something a little redder.  Thoughts?  And also, for this weekend (Vegas theme), which boots with the dress?  Interestingly, the silver ones are more comfortable, which I wouldn't have expected.

She runs a website called www.afunkyshoeandboot.com (http://www.afunkyshoeandboot.com), which juice817 found for me when I was first boot-hunting several months ago. Custom dyeing! Stretching to fit! She's just one person, so she's maybe not as businesslike as a businessperson would be, but when I said I had to have them by this weekend, she got her ass off the table and got to work. Tell her I sent you! :-)

I feel that the purple boots might be more Vegas, but really they're both so fabulous that it's hard to say. :)
