• did not buy anything at knitting store, because is my birthday soon
  
• bought groceries
  
• did all laundry
  • and put it away
• ran dishwasher
  • and unloaded it
• vacuumed
  
• encased mattress and pillows in allergen-blocking bedding, so perhaps dust mites etc. will desist plaguing me
  
• cleaned (single day's worth, but nevertheless impressive) layer of pollen off windowsills
  
• still found time to have dinner with sanj, ellen_fremedon, and ltlbird!

Highlight of dinner:  sanj says to me, "You're like a whole Nora Ephron script over there."  This may be the coolest way I have ever been described!, provided we adopt the additional condition that I am allowed to be Carrie Fisher instead of Meg Ryan.  ;-)
