I CAN HAS GUEST ROOM

Ahem.

Assuming I'm right about timelines, and barring some sort of unforeseen disaster, it looks like I will be moving into my very own two-bedroom (!) apartment across the street from [livejournal.com profile] sanj and [livejournal.com profile] ellen_fremedon some time in the middle of August.
