Fortunately, the office gave me a heads up when I signed the lease that Pepco are a bunch of paperwork-losing fuckups.  I'll call them all in the morning, and with any luck, it'll be sorted out.  FEH.

This didn't happen in Cville when Dominion was responsible for my electricity. Effing Pepco. Fuck, fuck, fuck.

Botheration! Sorry they're being so annoying.

I've never had problems with Virginia Dominion Power. When I moved across town, the transition was smooth. Something to keep in mind if I ever move to Maryland, apparently.
