Okay, from time to time all morning I've been feeling choked up, and I'll tell you what, seeing the president and the pres-elect coming out of the White House and pausing before getting into the car, I've been Got. I had to put down my coffee cup, my hand was shaking so much.

What got me was when squirrelhaven told me she'd heard that by tonight, Obama will sign an executive order to begin the process of closing down Guantanamo. I started crying instantly. \o/

After they came out of the coffee they drove right past us. Jill, Joe, and Michelle were all beaming ear-to-ear and waving to us; Obama looked much more solemn.
