Excel question

Seriously, shouldn't I be able to copy more than one non-adjacent column at a time? Click, click, click, this is driving me bananas, and it's just effing setup.

Highlight one column, hold the Shift key down, highlight the other column, CTRL C, click cell where you want it to go, CTRL V.

This just worked for me, although the copied cells ended up being contiguous.

ETA: That first Shift should be CTRL, and I just reread what you asked and *more than one* seems to be the key phrase, and the answer appears to be "no".

Aha, your ETA addresses what was going to be my facepalm comment: I didn't even try this, as I assumed Shift would highlight everything in between what I wanted as well. :-) And over here in mac-land, ctrl-click just un-selects the first column while selecting the second. Hmm, but I wonder about command-click.

Hey! :-D (Problem may be solved. We'll see when I go to set up the next thing.)

Glad I could... help?

I didn't even consider the Mac/PC divide.

Oh, I am too late to help, but glad someone was able to.
