a work rantlet that reveals nothing

I swear to god, am I the only person on this team who knows how to use a comma? (This is a sentence like "The salad had several ingredients, including, radishes, Romaine, carrots and tomatoes." You and I both know I'm going to shove an Oxford comma in after carrots, but be with me as I assure you that THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE THAT'S GOT ME FUMING.)

Of course it's not like any of the government officials who will (ostensibly) read the damn thing would recognize an out-of-place comma if it waved at them, so maybe you're right and there's no reason to bother.

:-P

I received a document from a department in the Federal government that mentioned an "Accumalative Noticification."

So them recognizing an out-of-place comma? You're right...not bloody likely!
