at least it is no longer february. seriously.
I've had a headache on a line from my right eyebrow to the right side of the base of my skull for about a week and a half now. (It goes away, but it keeps coming back in exactly the same place.) I've also had occasional sinus-related symptoms whose details I will spare you. It's not a sinus infection, unless it's a new and interesting type I've never had before. I'm beginning to think it might be a good idea to call someone. But who has the time?

1. Make sure you're well-hydrated.
2. Tylenol and about 12 ozs of regular Coke/Pepsi. It has to be the full caffeine and sugar version, though.
3. If all else fails, have a good, stiff drink before you go to bed.
If it's still hanging on after a week, call your doctor. I don't really bother because I've had them, and know it's nothing serious for me, but you might have a cause I don't.

It is true that (#1) I don't hydrate as well over weekends as I do during the week. But (a) not none, and (b) most days are weekdays, so I move on to #2. I haven't had any success with Tylenol in years, and I don't have regular Coke in the house - diet soda, and for the past five months caffeine-free as well. So, #3 - tonight I may have a little bourbon before I go to bed. :-)
But today, for a change, my eyebrows feel tender to the touch. Sooo I think I'ma call the allergist/ENT and beg for a little prescription.
