I've had a headache on a line from my right eyebrow to the right side of the base of my skull for about a week and a half now. (It goes away, but it keeps coming back in exactly the same place.) I've also had occasional sinus-related symptoms whose details I will spare you. It's not a sinus infection, unless it's a new and interesting type I've never had before. I'm beginning to think it might be a good idea to call someone. But who has the time?

I have plenty of the muscle tension - I carry it all in my neck and shoulders, oh joy - and medium-infrequent migraine, but this doesn't seem like any of that, plus it really has been lingering for like ten days now. I'd kind of like to get one of those ear-warmer headband things, you know, that people wear instead of a hat, only made of ice pack. I think that might help. Sigh.

It is true that (#1) I don't hydrate as well over weekends as I do during the week. But (a) not none, and (b) most days are weekdays, so I move on to #2. I haven't had any success with Tylenol in years, and I don't have regular Coke in the house - diet soda, and for the past five months caffeine-free as well. So, #3 - tonight I may have a little bourbon before I go to bed. :-)

But today, for a change, my eyebrows feel tender to the touch. Sooo I think I'ma call the allergist/ENT and beg for a little prescription.
