This Rory kid is growing on me. :-)
I liked all three of them very much in this episode, and I admit I didn't twig that the Dream Lord was the Doctor until right before he said it, but it does throw the line "nobody in the universe hates me as much as you do" into sharp relief, now, doesn't it?
