Death in the Spires by KJ Charles

I don't, like, take notes when I read the occasional murder mystery, but all the same, I'd like the record to show that on page 85, I began to wonder if it will become relevant that both women's names begin with Pru. Prue is short for Prudence, of course, but Ella is short for Prunella, and in my experience KJC is sufficiently deliberate that I feel like that's more likely than not to be A Thing.

[eta: p. 168: I think I know who did it. (I'm almost certainly wrong.)]

[eta2: In fact I couldn't have been more wrong! But I dug it the most anyway. Oddly nostalgic, though obvs my own Oxford experience involved neither undergraduates nor murders.]

Now I feel like I need to go back and reread it.
