-- he is at least bi-, if not more-, lingual
-- he shares (in fact, he's probably a good deal responsible for) my conservatism wrt canon (in star wars, for example, The Films Are Canon, Full Stop); right? i'm not mis-remembering that? well, if i'm wrong, then, that's just a reason i think rev_tobias is cool. i've been wrong before. ;-)
-- he's appropriately stubborn, but he doesn't get obnoxious when you out-argue him. :-D

plus, of course, he has a jesse custer icon.

what ever happened to Echo, anyway? i floated away from there almost three years ago now, i think, but y'all were still, like, there. and then maybe a year or so ago i like tried to change my e-mail address in my profile over there or something, and it was deserted -- tried to send something to dave, and it bounced back. no way to find him. (but i quickly realized it was a [virtual] ghost town [you may now throw things at me; that pun was especially for you, mr. weasel], so i quit caring.)

Actually, back at Echo Station I was a card carrying member of CHNA (Canon Haters Non-Anonymous), which allowed me to drag up any source as canon and dismiss any other source as noncanonical solely based on my whims and the demands of the current debate. But if we're talking *true* canon, without any bullshitting, yes, it's the movies and naught else.
