I have one made from dried cherry pits. My MIL gave it to me. It's FABULOUS.

Have you found those stick-on self-heating thingies yet? I discovered them last month & they are the BOMB.

my sister-in-law introduced me to those (i'd heard of them, i mean, but never bothered to try them because i never needed them since i'd first seen them) that time when i thought i had a backache. the stick-on thingummy didn't work, but that wasn't surprising, since the backache turned out to be a kidney infection. :-)
