have just come from watching an early (possibly pilot?) episode of jonathan creek chez foulds, joined by sebastienne, her two college children, whose LJ handles i don't know, and (thank god, another postgrad) cannons_at_dawn, as well as three bottles of cheap but apparently decent white wine.  also anariel_di_gaia came along toward the end of the show, with a full bottle of vodka.

and how is it that i didn't drink a drop, and i still suspect i'll have a hangover in the morning?  ah well, at least i've managed to clean the chocolate off my face ...

LOVE LOVE LOVE Jonathan Creek. Was it the ep with Anthony Stewart Head? i think that the original pilot. ASH didn't play the magician in later eps.
