After much deliberation, I have decided that I am a magpie-turtle cross with strong human tendencies. I'm serially monogamous with a One True Fandom (that changes every few years or so - hence the turtleness), and by "monogamous" I totally mean "has flings with shiny new fandoms every month or so, but only for a weekend/until I've binge-read most of the good fic in a small fandom, but only with the blessing of my primary fandom" (hence the magpieitude).

So, like, I'm a Disney character. An anthropomorphic turtle with wings who walks very slowly but flies very quickly. (Hey, I think I saw that movie...)

And now I have officially thought about this Too Much.

Reeding iz hard. Words meaning things, and all. And, alas, I fear I have not known you long enough to make an adequate judgement. As I cannot undo the act of casting a vote, do you have any preference as to which direction I skew your poll?

Or, hey, I'll leave my vote as it is and speculate that you are a winged camel with long arms and thumbs, based on your current poll results. You have one true fandom - your home base as you go wandering in the Desert Of No Fandom (not unlike the Horse With No Name) - but you occasionally flit by other fandoms as you make regular treks to 3-6 other fandoms.

Now I'm picturing a winged camel with really long arms that uses tools. It's a wee bit disturbing.
