Heh. That was a hastily-written reaction on my way out the door this morning, because I couldn't see the episode over the weekend but I couldn't wait until this evening. Specifically, "Oh, shut up" means that I cannot bring myself to believe that Jack Harkness (hee, I originally typo'd "Hack Jarkness") is the Face of Boe. I may come around, but for right now I'm in a place of complete incredulity.
