re:  demands

What is it you want?  What?!  This morning you have been provided with steam, kleenex, oxymetazoline HCl, and a double dose of antihistamine.  You should be drunk, or numb, or in some other way non-reactive to irritants, of which there are very few in this apartment.  Why, please, before we have even left the house, are you running like a faucet and twitching as if to sneeze at any moment?  This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Also, tell the ears to stop itching.

regards
MANAGEMENT

I was going to put something droll in here. But I decided not to do so. Enjoy!

Yeah. Me too.

Gah.

And it's all MrHamill's fault, at least for mine (but I can blame him for yours too, if you want).

On the off chance you haven't tried and rejected this already, have you ever used a neti pot or something like it? I woke up with a god awful sinus headache this morning, grabbed my version of a neti to use at work (NeilMed Sinus Rinse), and it immediately cleared everything up to a tolerable level.

I am a recent convert to the idea after years of bad sinus headaches, although admittedly nowhere near as constant as the symptoms you experience. My sister and co-worker swears by it as well. Not that I'd give up my Nasonex and Clarinex-D, but the rinsing makes some stuff more bearable.
