i've been thinking about this thing since it first hit my friends list, a hundred years ago, when people like

pistorius and

mommybird were doing it. and then there was a second wave, and i actually started compiling it. so now here i am. it's behind a cut tag, because, dude, you get me and a stream of consciousness in the same room, and the result is one long-ass document.
