someone want to tell me why, when i go to http://www.washingtonpost.com and then click on nation, the first thing that comes up is a picture and a link to a story about how they just cloned a horse in italy?

i was so ... curious

have just written medium-length note to grandparents for no particular reason other than that i know they'll be pleased to hear from a grandchild. go me. :-)
