Gentlemen:
First of all, you don't get to call yourself the Airport Best Western when you don't run a shuttle to and from the airport for the benefit of your guests. Particularly when there's apparently another Best Western that does provide this service -- at the very least, if you call yourself the Airport Best Western, you should tell people there's no shuttle so they know this before learning they'll have to shell out CDN$18 for a cab.
But my real complaint is this: when I stay at your hotel for one night on each of two occasions, three days apart, and thus check out twice, you don't get to charge my credit card three times. I understand these are still temporary authorizations, and you're looking into it, but the dates on the authorizations -- to say nothing of the amounts -- don't add up nicely with the dates on which (or, again, the amounts) I used my card at your hotel. I'm calm and rational now, but let these charges get posted to my account, and hang the 400 (or so) miles between us: there will be holy hell to pay, make no mistake. And I won't be the one paying it.
