... that i should go to bed early and sleep for ten hours, and having got up and had a bit of breakfast feel that what i need to do is lie down again for a bit.

the next time i get up, i'm going to the gym, i swear. (couldn't go now, anyway, not right after eating.)

i was so ... annoyed

went to the gym.

my phone is, as we know, working again.

my parents may have been able to order me a copy of The Sound Pattern of English, which despite my many efforts i haven't been able to get over here.

appointment with the counselly people on wednesday.

going to record a frillion sentences for the OED people on monday.

things may be looking up.
