I am definitely going back to work tomorrow, unless I wake up dead. If they send me home, fine, but I have deep-seated sick-day issues, and I very much don't want anyone to think of me as a slacker. This despite the fact that while I've been home for the past two days I have in fact got a fair amount of work done, so I'll only have to use up two half-days on my time sheet (not, of course, that anyone but me is really keeping an eye on it, which is a thing I will never get used to about this workplace, by the way).
I've spent a lot of time asleep in the past 48 hours, and am still tired, which just shows you. Also there is pressure in my right ear that I don't like at all. But my glands aren't swollen and I'm breathing fine, so if I can just manage to stay un-light-headed, everything should be all right. (And also, if I can stop eating everything in sight. I know they say you should feed a cold, and I believe it takes extra energy for the immune system to do its thing, but dudes.)
