dotting i's etc.
Jan. 7th, 2009 03:09 pmHome from work (thanks,
chromodynamics, though I got your comment when I got home [g]), and trying to think of what all needs to be done before Green Bay. There are a couple of new forms since Rice Lake, so I've printed and copied those, and replenished my supplies of other forms, and -- crucially -- typed up a script-thing for the all-important Team Meeting, because what I did learn at Rice Lake is that I hate winging it. It's not that I don't know what I'm supposed to say; it's just partly that I'm not un-concerned I'll leave something out, and partly that until I've done it six or seven dozen more times, I'll keep going "er ..." and sounding less and less professional by the minute. This is an issue with calling potential interview subjects for a project at work, as well. Now it is a Known Issue with self, and I am handling it. Yay!
I think what remains is laundry and packing. Might have a look and see if I can pack without having done laundry, even.
Also: Tomorrow morning's flight is two hours later than the Rice Lake flight was. Lovin' it.
