To recap: down from 7 teams to 6 because one decided that the cost-benefit calculation wasn't worth trying to get here from New England on Wednesday or Thursday. One of the remaining six teams had to begin with three because their last teammate couldn't get out of Milwaukee until Thursday afternoon. Event began according to new schedule and everything seemed fine.

My phone rang this morning! The ice plant went out last night! There was water on the ice this morning! WHAT FUN!

It's back up and running and the courageous, heroic ice man is fixing it, but the games that were supposed to go on at 1pm are in no way going on at 1pm. Possibly 3pm. Possibly later than that. Will we get two in today? Who knows.
