I've got this APA Style Manual in front of me. It tells me how to cite a book with a "group author (government agency) as publisher", and how to cite a chapter from an edited book - but how do we think I cite a chapter from a book with a group author?

That is, here is APA:
Australian Bureau of Statistics. (1991). Estimated resident population by age and sex in statistical local areas, New South Wales, June 1990 (No. 3209.1). Canberra, Australian Capital Territory: Author.

(but with the right indents and things.)

Bjork, R. A. (1989). Retrieval inhibition as an adaptive mechanism in human memory. In H.L. Roediger III & F.I.M. Craik (Eds.), Varieties of memory & consciousness (pp. 309-330). Hillsdale, NJ: Erlbaum.

Now here's me:
Greg, W. W. (1924). The First Folio and its Publishers. In The Shakespeare Association, Studies in the First Folio (pp. 129-156). London: Oxford University Press.

Does that seem right? Even though The Shakespeare Association isn't a government agency? Most importantly of all, do you think (even given the instruction "pick a style manual and stick with it") anyone will give a damn?
