a Very Careful Experiment

ellen_fremedon and I went to Wegmans, because we thought we would - and more or less on a whim, I bought one of just about every blueberry-flavored cultured dairy (or not!) product they had there. I've got blueberry Greek yogurt, and also blueberry sheep's milk yogurt, blueberry goat's milk yogurt, blueberry skyr, blueberry cultured soy milk, blueberry cultured almond milk, blue berry cultured rice milk, and blueberry cultured coconut milk. Once I'd picked up one or two, right, I felt like the only responsible thing was to try them all - all in the same flavor, which is why I put back the raspberry coconut milk thing and grabbed a blueberry one - for Science.
It'll take me some time. But if you can culture it with L. bulgaricus and flavor it with V. corymbosum (and then sell it at Wegmans), I'll eat it and describe it in this space. Stay tuned. :-)
