I have updated my Amazon wishlist in an attempt to get my mother off my back w/r/t MLKmas presents (which are like Christmas presents if you do your family get-together in January rather than December). I happen to know that she has chosen the Magic Massage device, which is basically a cross between an iPod and an electrostim machine, and which I think will solve a large number of my muscle-tension problems, so yay. But another device I've put on there for further research is the "nono!" hair removal gizmo - which I admit I've only seen some TV commercials and print advertising in, like, SkyMall. I can't find any assessments of the thing online that don't seem to be paid raves or (alternatively) illiterate reviews by people whose opinions I can't tell if I trust or not because negative remarks with no details look to me like people complaining just to complain, right?

So: anyone have any thoughts about this object?
