is there some law where vitamin pills have to be either enormous or stinky or, you know, both?

at

padawanhilary's suggestion, i bought MSM with glucosamine and B-complex with vitamin C because i've been having this trouble with my shoulder that hasn't been getting worse, but hasn't been getting better either. so i'll try taking this stuff, okay, but based on the smell of the vitamin B capsules? i sure won't enjoy it.

i was so ... sore

fucking ARGH.
