-- anyway, if you want to make an obeisance, do it before me, because all my videotapes are labeled and i have applied for two jobs (with different cover letters!) and have a third one ready to fax.

my fax cover sheet says "Here Comes A Fax" in like eight-thousand-point comic sans at the top. i'm faxing the resume to the state department. i've decided not to change the cover sheet, as it is Whimsical without being Totally Inappropriate, and will therefore cause my application to stick in their minds. (and if they're so buttoned up that they can't think a fax cover sheet that says "Here Comes A Fax" is cute? then i don't want to work for them. so nyah.)

in other news, and probably related, the old ulcer-like stomach trouble has started functioning again. bagged classes today, but with the resuming of the taking of the medicine, it should all be under control.

it is now october

and my lease is up at the end of december.

so that's a little less than three more months of my next-door neighbor, who is very nice about whom i have no complaints!, except that at various hours of the afternoon and evening i can always hear her music -- but only the bass.

argh, argh, argh. like, it's not so loud that i can really complain in any formal manner -- but it's really fucking annoying.
