i saw a couple of other people mention the same complaint i had, which has been identified over at http://status.livejournal.org/:

Users who are using the S1 style system may find that their journal style has been reset to the Default LiveJournal style. This was an unintentional bug that was introduced when developers were trying to fix another bug. You will have to re-select your preferred style now that it has been fixed.

(are there intentional bugs? and if we have to fix it, i'd say it hasn't quite been fixed, has it?)

i was so ... annoyed

so i got out a glass into which to pour my juice. picked up the cereal box on my way to the other cupboard to get a cereal bowl. put the glass down on the counter. poured the cereal into the glass.

sigh. auto-pilot isn't such a good thing when it doesn't work ...

i was so ... melancholy
