brief update

won again yesterday, by the skin of our teeth. hard to believe have only played two games. 10:15 draw this morning, which, not the best, but not 8 am so officially not complaining. also: won skills competition! a separate skill for each player, so this was individual rather than a team thing; as vice, i was to tap a rock from four feet in front of the house back to the button. closest rock to the pin wins. mine was four inches. welcomed the congratulations of everyone in the building for making the shot, but not sure how the hell i did it. ngah. prize was a drink ticket worth $20, which is always a good thing. made up for it by losing six bucks before quitting at canadian dice.
