updatey update stuff

1.  i was wrong about the college constitution -- it did fail, but the vote was 50-39 for it, and the reason it failed was that it didn't get the 2/3 majority it needed.  so that's at least better than i thought.

2.  mail call:  a note from Official K, assigning me to the Officiating Team for the 2006 men's curling world championships!  w00t!  that'll be the third week of my six-week spring break, so i am SO TOTALLY THERE.  flt, if you're reading this, where will devilvern be at that time, do you know?  and if the answer is 'not lowell, mass.', want to room together?

3.  sunburn:  still burny, but fading and merging with the surrounding area.  something else that helps:  antibiotic ointment.  mearagrrl probably remembers the worst sunburn i've ever had, with a creeping streaky skin infection that was all sorts of badness.  this weekend's sunburn isn't that bad, but it's the worst on the right side of my neck, and the ol' triple antibiotic has brought it from painful down to just pretty uncomfortable.  yay, OTC products.
