so the OUSU fun continues.
Jan. 25th, 2006 10:56 amthe non-OUSU-funded student newspaper is hocking me about disaffiliation. are we really disaffiliated? (i have chosen to reply that we are unaffiliated, keeping my verbs and my adjectives separate, but i haven't explicitly called the reporter's attention to this.) why? what are the consequences? do we still get the welfare benefits OUSU provides? (me: To the extent that OUSU provides welfare benefits to postgraduates, our students [as de facto individual members of OUSU] are entitled to avail themselves of those benefits.) what about attendance and voting rights at OUSU Council? are we affiliated with NUS?
sigh.
sigh.
