My brother is all JD'd now, huzzah.  We made brunch for the moms on Saturday morning, getting Mother's Day out of the way a week early; it was nice.  Then -- I don't know if it was the lack of coffee or what, but in the middle of the ceremony I acquired a nasty brutal headache of awfulness.  The sound of people cheering each individual graduate was like a knife in my head, and the flashbulbs were physically painful as well, and it was hot, and I was beginning to feel sick to my stomach, and ugh.  Getting outside after helped a bit, and I drank some water and took 800 mg of ibuprofen and had some berries at the reception thing, and by the time we got to dinner I was feeling more like human.  Fortunately, my family reports that I wasn't cranky or conspicuously bad-tempered before, just quiet, so okay.  (I'd be a lot happier about that if the same thing hadn't happened today.  ARGH!  I'm hoping it's just a caffeine deficiency, and I'm not like looking forward to a life full of migraines.)

In other news, my successes continue, as I seem to have carried on losing weight even through a weekend of rich-food-type celebrations, and a dress I haven't been able to wear since my senior year of college just about fits again.  Huzzah!
