urgh (the morning after)

Slept like a rock, when I was finally able to get to sleep, and miracle of miracles, still woke up in plenty of time to have a normal morning before heading out to the dentist to try again for the appointment I was supposed to have yesterday.  There is still unpleasant discomfort in my ears and sinuses, though, enough to make me suspect that for the past couple of days when I've been saying "I hate grass pollen" what I've been meaning is "I hate summer colds".  But where would I have picked up a summer cold?  That's really my next question.
