I bought a humidifier today. (A cute kids' one that is meant to look like a panda bear. If I ever get one for the guest room, I'm totally getting the penguin.) Hopefully this will stop the coughing, the chapped lips, and the nosebleeding. (Today I woke up coughing so wretchedly I stayed home from work on the fear I was coming down with something - only to have it get worse when the heat kicked on, at which point a light bulb went on over my head.)
