How to tell you've been too tired lately: you get up in the morning, shower, get dressed, and then spend a couple of minutes genuinely wondering, hang on, is this what I wore yesterday?

(How to tell you still are too tired, of course, is: after those couple of minutes, you decide you don't care. Fortunately, I'm not quite that tired any more.)
