Half an hour on the elliptical, after I got home from rehearsal. (I heard a thing on the radio a while ago about how it's better to work out in the evening than in the morning, for reasons having to do with metabolism blah blah blah. I've decided not to do it in the morning several times since then, but have not managed to correspondingly get on the damn thing in the evening. Let's hope tonight was the first of many ...)
