on a scale of one to ten ... that sucked.
Jul. 31st, 2011 04:34 pmOn Tuesday, I had some fruit around mid-afternoon and felt really sick for most of the rest of the day. Too much fruit, I thought - I was already feeling migrainey and I wasn't ready for that much roughage.
Today I was feeling fine and I had some fruit around lunch time and spent the next several hours racked with awful, awful stomach cramps - I had half as much pineapple as I'd had on Tuesday and felt twice as bad, even though I recognized the symptoms much sooner and took remedies right away. And nevertheless, the hurting and the cramping and the shaking and the sweating. (And the crying and the swearing.) Urgh.
So, you know, it's not really scientific, but at this point I'm saying n=2 is more than a coincidence, and I'm not going to eat pineapple anymore.
:-(
